We regularly hire student assistants to support research projects and teaching. If you are interested, please send us an email including the following information in your application:

• A short motivation letter (max. one page)
• Transcripts of records (both Bachelor and Master)

Expectations

Our group works on systems research in general and we expect you to have a solid background in systems and networking topics (e.g., by taking courses including Computer Networks, Computer Architecture, Operating Systems, Distributed Systems) and suitable skills in programming. While we do not limit the programming language to use, we expect you to be proficient in at least one of the following languages: C/C++, Python, and Rust.

We give preferences to students who have done a course with us and received a good grade, but we also consider other students in general.
